Is this the same as your Microsoft Copilot service?

Related, but different. Copilot is a Microsoft 365 product we set up and support. AI Services covers bespoke solutions and automation built specifically around your business, which may sit alongside or independently of Copilot.

How long does a typical AI project take?

It depends entirely on scope. A focused automation project might take a few weeks; a bespoke integrated solution longer. We’ll give you a realistic estimate after the initial consultation.

What if the AI readiness assessment shows we’re not ready yet?

We’ll tell you honestly, and recommend what needs addressing first, whether that’s data quality, infrastructure or security, rather than pushing ahead regardless.

Do we need a minimum contract?

No, the initial consultation is free and without obligation. From there, we scope projects and support around what your business actually needs.
