No, in almost all cases we can port your existing numbers over to the new system without disruption.

What actually happens when the PSTN switches off?

Traditional analogue and ISDN lines will stop working entirely. Any business still relying on them needs to move to a digital alternative, hosted telephony or Teams voice, before that happens.

Can we use Microsoft Teams as our main phone system?
